My experience was more positive than anywhere else that I purchased medication. Because of this, have decided to have all prescriptions sent to Meds. Their phone is picked up quickly, no waiting on hold, and meds delivered asap. Nina was so sweet and knowledgable.

Cannot say enough positive things about Meds Pharmacy. I was almost hesitant to leave a review as I didn’t want to have others knowing about them.
All things aside from their customer service via phone, online and in person to getting prescriptions filled and ability to speak with front desk or pharmacy - it is the only pharmacy where I have not once left or hung up still confused, frustrated or annoyed.
Everyone is extremely friendly knowledgeable, transparent and organized. They will quickly connect you with correct person if they are not appropriate party to speak with. Everything is seamless and it honestly seems too good to be true. As I hope they’ll be able to stick to this high quality service as they grow.
When you call - there is never a hold time and if there is it’s a matter of seconds.
The store itself is easily located near my gym and is clean, relaxed and never a wait time. If so they have comfortable seating and seltzer or flat water for you to enjoy while waiting (max 5 minutes tops).
You can choose to have delivery or pick up depending on convenience to proximity of where you live.
The pharmacists understand various situations that are out of everyone’s control in terms of supply and demand. And personally work with you doing everything they can to fulfill your order.
While not family owned you get a family owned vibe or relationship from every level of staff who works there.
